Data use and privacy

Updated 8 November 2026. Alikor ATS is a personal recruitment workspace operated by Madu. It is not a public account-registration service.

Google sign-in

Basic sign-in requests your Google identity, email address and profile. The service verifies the Google identity token and admits only the configured owner. ATS session credentials are protected by the iPhone Keychain; the server retains credential hashes and minimal security audit records.

Gmail and Calendar are not connected in this release. Any future connection requires separate consent and an updated description of its data use; basic sign-in does not grant mailbox or calendar access.

Application records

The workspace displays records imported from the owner's existing job-search workflow, including original identifiers and uncertain statuses. These records and their source snapshots are held in private, owner-managed storage separately from the public website and accounting application.

Use and sharing

Data is used to provide the owner's recruitment workspace and protect access to it. Google provides sign-in, and hosting providers supply the service and private storage. This release does not send employer messages or submit applications. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models.

Alikor ATS follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Control and retention

Signing out hides private views and requests revocation of the ATS session. Credentials are removed from the phone after the server confirms revocation. If the service cannot be reached, pending revocation is kept in Keychain and retried when the app reconnects.

Google access can also be revoked through Google Account connections. Revoking access does not delete previously imported records or security audit evidence.

Records are retained for job-search continuity and audit. This release has no automatic deletion period or in-app deletion control. The owner manages retention and removal through operational controls. For data-use, retention or removal questions, contact Madu.
